Haven't heard of the carrot cake and I bet it's amazing - added that to my list. <br /><br />Did you know you can make wine from knotweed too? <br /><br />You need to make a gallon of wine:<br /><br />2kg of knotweed stems from your garden and cut cut into small chunks.<br />1.5kg of sugar <br />freshly squeezed juice of one orange<br />yeast nutrient <br />water<br /><br />Bring these ingredients to the boil before pouring over the small chunks of knotweed that you need to firstly place into a straining bag.
